• You must be at least 65 years of age and have been continuously licensed as a Professional, Surety or Bail Bond Runner for at least 15 years.
• Note that if a licensee is exempt for one license, he/she is exempt for all bail bond licenses held.

• Attach statement from attending physician outlining disability.
• Attach documentation including but not limited to records of hospitalization, medical treatment, disability or other supporting documentation.
   

*After review of documentation, the Bail Bond Regulatory Division may require additional documentation before making a final decision.

Do not assume an exemption, extension or waiver has been granted until you have received written notification from the Bail Bond Regulatory Division.

No fee is required for an exemption, extension or waiver.
